    Batter Up!

First post in the official Bird's Eye View forum section. Aw yeah!

New to me Tama Imperialstars in black wrap finish, circa 1982. A perfect complement to my '82 Superstars. 13-14-18-24 all in traditional depths. I've got the toms turned around just to mix things up. Rounding out the set is a Pearl 70's COB 6.5 with die-cast batter and flanged bottom hoop. Pinstripes on the toms and a white Suede Emperor on the snare drum. Rock and roll drums, right there!

    Cymbals are:

    14" K/Z hats
    17" K Dark Thin crash
    20" A Deep Ride
    19" K Dark Thin crash

    Cheers,
    Ryan

The esteemed Mr Lott! With a very classy entry. Even the lampshade is classy.

@ sluprok ...and a wallet in just the right place.

@ ryno I seem to remember Sinc had a Ludwig bronze snare (back when they were in the bronze color). But it's hard to say in black & white.

No sweat George, your ridiculously solid groove makes up for everything.

Hey Ryno. It's the Luddy 6.5 HB. Hard to tell in B&W.
