    Both are stripped.

    I tried the thumb screw from the left and it wont work in the right mount.

    Then I tried the right side thumb screw in the left side which fine and it didn't work.

    So both are shot.

    #1 on James' hose clamp hack. That'll get you through the gig.

    Or, a less elegant solution would be to wind tape around the spur many times. Enough tape will hold it. The house set at 802 is like that. (They spare every expense in maintaining the drums there. Our AFM dues at work...)
