    Birdseye Maple Round Badge Snare Drum??

    What the heck is this thing? My gut tells me someone put old Gretsch hardware on another shell?

    Looks ok to me - think I see silver sealer... At 200 bucks it's worth it for parts anyway and may sound great!

    1st generation die cast stick choppers 50’s badge. Looks like someone stripped off the wrap
    put in an inlay and there ya go. Easily worth more in parts than asking price
    If you highlight everything nothing stands out

    Looks like an interesting player-grade drum. I don't like inlays so I'd probably wrap it in black nitron - or piano black lacquer, but it's a nice drum for 2 ben franklins.

    I've seen 50's Round Badge shells which have birdseye in the outer ply once the wrap comes off. Looks like this was somebody's weekend project.
