Wow. I sold a 14" floor tom for $40 in that exact wrap on consignment at the Chicago show this year. Didn't have a badge but it sure would complete that set!

I am probably the only person in the world that actually likes old Tama/Star/japanese
drums. But it's ok I don't tell many people that.

My wife has that same basic 3-piece set of Zimgars, except in Tiger's Eye wrap. They sound great...like Gretsch with more stank and cheaper hardware. I'd say go for it.

My very 1st snare was a ZimGar...made of plywood and sounded like it....Metal on it was very cheap as well...I think it cost 10 bucks...I'd stay away..
