I like your technique, low start price gets more bidders and once you've got them better chance of hot K fever at the end:appl:

I once started something at $5.
After a week of feverish bidding they'd got it up to $29.99, 50c or a dollar at a time.
Like watching paint dry.
I admit, it wasn't a K.

The only problem with my selling style (low starting bid w/ no reserve) is the risk of the item not closing at a reasonable price. I must say it is exciting to watch the auction go down to the wire though. I sound kinda like having a gambling problem, huh?

You're right John.....You just never know with Ebay!

I've lost/given away some real nice stuff over the years gambling with $.01 No Reserve Auctions.
